Gold River Senior Support Services

Gold River Senior Support Services is focused on helping aging seniors manage life in those years when:

• medical visits consume the month, or
• medications seem more mysterious, or
• managing the mail and bill payments is overwhelming, or
• isolation is the norm, or
• alternatives to aging at home are needed, or
• life just seems harder and maybe even confusing.

We believe consultation with a care manager like Cindy will lead to solutions for any one of these issues, and more. She can help clients navigate the complex system of senior services in our community and produce a plan of action that acknowledges the senior's priorities, level of intervention needed, services recommended, and budget.

If desired Cindy can also monitor the implementation of the plan once accepted by the senior and/or the family.
